1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Luxar or Luxar TV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applications.
2. Scope of the service
Luxar is software that lets you create and display projection mapping projects between a compatible Android phone and Android TV over a local network. Features may vary based on device hardware, Android version and network conditions.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the applications lawfully, safely and without infringing the rights of others. You may not access or project onto networks, devices, content or physical spaces without authorization.
4. Device and venue safety
You are responsible for the safe setup of projectors, TVs, cables, mounting hardware and electrical equipment. Do not direct light into people’s eyes, traffic, vehicles or safety-sensitive areas.
5. User content
You are responsible for your projects, project names and visual content. You must use only content that you have the right to use.
6. Intellectual property
The Luxar name, application design, software code and original visual elements are owned by Engin Deniz Erbas or their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant ownership beyond using the applications for your personal or authorized commercial productions.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the applications are provided “as is.” Uninterrupted operation, compatibility with a particular device or a particular projection outcome is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss, network interruption, hardware damage, event disruption or indirect loss. Export your project and test the setup in the actual venue before a critical production.
9. Changes
The applications and these terms may be updated from time to time. Current terms are published on this page. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
